In this meditation, you’ll be guided to use the breath as a dynamic anchor for awareness. As described in Mindfulness Meditation and the Art of Reiki, the breath becomes a “swinging door” that dissolves the illusion of a fixed self, revealing instead your essential nature, fluid, impermanent, and interconnected with all that is.
Practising breath awareness develops your capacity to be fully present.
