Reiki for Relationships

Reiki for Relationships is your companion for breaking old relational patterns and opening the way to more authentic, heart-centred connections. It’s designed to help you recognise the dynamics that keep repeating, release attachment with compassion, and build healthier bonds rooted in self-love and awareness.

Once you download the guide and the accompanying meditations, set aside some time to explore them fully. Many people dip into the reflections and practices over several days; others move through in one dedicated sitting. You’ll be supported step-by-step to notice patterns, invite healing through Reiki, and open space for connection. Take it gently, there’s no need to rush.

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space
  • Print the guide or use a journal alongside it
  • Use the meditations to deepen the experience
  • Pause between practices and revisit as needed

This resource can stand alone, but it’s most powerful when you already have some experience of Reiki.
