Buddho Training

For those drawn to stillness

Buddho isn’t something you master in the usual sense. It’s something that unfolds through practice. This training offers a structured path for those ready to deepen their energetic awareness, spiritual discipline, and inner clarity and go to depths few other spiritual systems can take you.

More than a method. A lived transmission.

Rooted in Vajrayana Buddhist and Indian esoteric practices and preserved through the Reiki Jin Kei Do lineage, Buddho is a path of inner alchemy. It works through breath, mantra, body-mudra and esoteric qigong, cyclic meditation practices, yantra meditations, meditative stillness to activate energy, open awareness, and point-pulse healing.
If you feel drawn to this, you may already recognise silence and stillness as a place of strength. This is where clarity deepens and transformation begins.

Is Buddho Right for You?

In this conversation with Dina Ismail, I share the depth and purpose of Buddho practice, and how it complements Reiki as a path of discipline and inner stillness. The dialogue explores its roots in Buddhist tradition, showing how Buddho extends beyond treatment into meditation and transformation. For Reiki students, it highlights why Buddho training is a natural next step, opening a structured way to deepen your practice and take it further.

If you haven’t trained with Steve before:
If your foundation isn’t yet in place, training in Reiki Jin Kei Do is available to support you.

Reiki Jin Kei Do: The Foundation

Reiki Jin Kei Do is a meditative healing lineage rooted in stillness, clarity, and discipline. Rooted in esoteric teachings it offers more than hands-on healing techniques; it develops real energetic perception and spiritual maturity.

Buddho grows naturally from this foundation. Entering the training without it compromises the integrity of the work.
