You say you want to manifest abundance. But let’s be honest, most days, you’re just trying to hold it together. You’re getting through work, keeping up appearances, ticking boxes and wondering why your life still feels flat, stuck, or half-alive. You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re just not here. You’re living like a ghost, cut off from your own energy, your body, your truth. And this is why it’s not working. Because you can’t manifest abundance while disconnected from yourself. You’re Not Aligned. You’re Numb. Here’s what no one tells you about abundance: it doesn’t respond to what you think you want. It responds to what your body, your energy, and your nervous system are actually broadcasting. So if you’re overwhelmed, burned out, checked out, even if you’re doing all the “right things”, what you’re radiating is lack, fatigue, fear. You can’t call in a rich, fulfilling life when your whole system is still wired for survival. You Look Fine, But You’re Not Really Here You’re functioning. You get things done. You show up. But underneath? You don’t feel inspired anymore. You don’t trust your own instincts. You can’t remember the last time you felt fully alive in your body. You’re living in your head, disconnected from your gut, emotionally flatlined. That’s ghost mode. And it’s not a personal flaw. It’s what happens when you spend too long ignoring your deeper needs just to keep up with the world. A Story That Still Haunts Me A woman came to one of my energy training sessions after losing her father. She wasn’t new to healing work, she’d tried journaling, meditation, everything she could find to connect with him. What she was looking for in the training, was a direct line to him, to be able to talk to him in the afterlife. But what she didn’t realise was that she wasn’t just trying to reach him. She was trying to feel something again. She’d gone numb from grief. Disconnected from her own heart. She showed up hoping for a message. What she got instead was a reawakening. Through daily energy practices, she started to come back to herself. Three months later, she said this: “I thought I wanted to talk to my dad. But what I really needed was to stop being numb. I’ve never felt this alive in my life.” That’s the power of presence. And that’s the real doorway to abundance. While Reiki is a pure, universal energy of healing and harmony, black magic often involves manipulation and harmful intent. Attempting to mix these two opposing forces creates what can only be described as spiritual chaos. This dangerous combination not only undermines Reiki’s healing power but also exposes practitioners to profound energetic and karmic consequences. For those wondering, “Can Reiki and black magic work together?”, the answer is a resounding no. Reiki’s essence is unconditional love and alignment with the highest good, while black magic operates from a place of control and ego. These energies are incompatible, and any attempt to fuse them will result in harm, most of all to the practitioner. Reiki’s very foundation is unconditional love, harmony, and universal healing. It channels energy that is pure and untarnished, working for the highest good of all involved. Black magic, however, often involves manipulative, ego-driven, or harmful intent. These two forces are fundamentally incompatible. When you attempt to combine them, you create an energetic chaos that undermines the healing power of Reiki. It’s like pouring poison into a clean spring, you taint the energy you channel, and instead of helping others, you risk spreading harm, confusion, and imbalance. 1. You Cannot Serve Two Masters: The Conflict of Energies 2. Karmic Consequences Are Brutal The law of cause and effect is inescapable. Black magic frequently operates on the principle of control, manipulation, or harm, directly interfering with others’ free will or natural energy flow. These actions generate significant negative karmic repercussions. The universe doesn’t take kindly to such interference. Practitioners who dabble in black magic while claiming to work with Reiki may find themselves plagued by escalating personal and spiritual crises: emotional instability, physical illness, or a spiritual disconnect that leaves them hollow and lost. You cannot sow seeds of harm and expect a harvest of peace. 3. Emotional and Spiritual Damage: The Ripple Effect Reiki, at its core, promotes inner peace, self-love, and transformation. Introducing black magic into the equation can have a profoundly destabilising effect, not just on the practitioner but also on those they work with. Recipients of this misguided fusion may experience heightened anxiety, paranoia, or unexplained emotional distress. The negative energies of black magic linger, often manifesting as fear, distrust, or even energetic blockages that require years of healing to unravel. For the practitioner, the fallout can be even worse. Playing with dark forces while pretending to operate in the light creates a split within the self, a deep chasm of inner conflict. This disconnect can lead to depression, chronic emotional pain, or an irreversible loss of spiritual integrity. 4. Destroying the Trust and Integrity of Reiki Reiki is a practice rooted in respect, harmony, and love. When someone uses it as a gateway for manipulation or harm, they tarnish its reputation and erode the trust of clients and students. Think about the message this sends: Reiki, a sacred tool for empowerment, becomes associated with control and fear. This not only misrepresents Reiki’s true purpose but also drives away those seeking authentic healing and growth. It’s a betrayal of the practice, its principles, and the countless people who have dedicated their lives to honouring its purity. 5. The Spiritual Equivalent of Drinking Poison There’s a reason the principles of Reiki emphasise purity and alignment with universal energy. Inviting dark practices like black magic into your spiritual work is like drinking poison and expecting to thrive. These practices are seductive, promising quick results or personal power, but the cost is devastating. Instead of achieving empowerment, practitioners often find themselves enslaved to the very energies they sought to control. The further they go down this path, the harder it becomes to reconnect with the light. Reiki Is Enough Reiki, in its pure form, is a profound gift. It offers healing, clarity, and transformation without the need for force or manipulation. Its power lies in its simplicity, its alignment with the highest good, and its unwavering foundation in love. If you are tempted to combine Reiki with black magic, or any practice that contradicts its principles, ask yourself: what are you trying to achieve? If the answer lies in control, power, or shortcuts, you are not walking the path of healing but the road of harm. A Call to Practitioners For those who have chosen Reiki as their spiritual practice, it is your duty to uphold its integrity. Protect its purity. Honour its origins. And if you find yourself drawn to darker practices, step back and reflect deeply on your intentions. There is no shame in seeking help or guidance to realign with your purpose, but there is great danger in continuing down a destructive path. The universe will always support those who act with integrity, love, and light. Trust that Reiki, in its truest form, is more than enough to guide you and those you serve toward healing, empowerment, and transformation. Final Thought Combining Reiki with black magic is a betrayal of both the practice and yourself. It opens doors that are better left closed and risks far more than it could ever offer. Reiki practitioners, it’s time to take a stand for the purity of this sacred art. Be vigilant. Be honourable. And most importantly, be true to the light.
